In 1996, IECC developed a Five-Year Communications Plan to review communication systems and serve as a guide for future communications capabilities. In 2000, the Communications Plan became the Technology Plan that continues to guide the district's technology initiatives today. The three-year plan (which was previously a five-year plan) is reviewed and updated periodically by a District-wide Technology Committee. To view a plan, click on the desired time-frame below.
