The annual Health Career Day event at Wabash Valley College was a resounding success, drawing in approximately 370 students from various area high schools and homeschools. The overwhelming turnout speaks volumes about the importance of providing opportunities for young minds to explore career options in the healthcare field.

Feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive, with students rating the event an impressive 4.6 out of 5 in a quick end-of-the-event survey. This high rating reflects the value they found in the day's activities and the wealth of information provided.

The event featured a diverse range of activities aimed at giving students a comprehensive understanding of healthcare careers. Highlights included a lively game show held in the Brubeck Auditorium, engaging breakout sessions held throughout the science building, and an eye-opening cadaver knee replacement demonstration.

The success of Health Career Day is a testament to the collaborative efforts of numerous individuals and organizations. While it's impossible to thank each one individually, their contributions were instrumental in making the event a memorable and impactful experience for all involved.

Events like Health Career Day not only benefit our college but also have the potential to positively impact our community hospitals by fostering interest and passion for healthcare careers among future generations. We look forward to continuing to inspire and empower aspiring healthcare professionals through events like this in the future.
