Homeschooled Student

Your Path to College Success Begins Here

Are you a homeschooled student with dreams of attending college? Look no further! Our comprehensive guide will walk you through the application process, scholarships, financial aid, and more. Whether you're a student or a parent, we've got you covered.

Application Process

Homeschooled students, you're in luck! You follow the same application procedure as all other applicants. This includes submitting a final transcript showing courses taken, credits earned, and grades received. Keeping records of your child’s academic progress and achievements will help you when reaching the application stage of getting into colleges.

Transcripts will have to be signed by the administrator of the homeschool and either mailed in or brought to the Office of Admissions and Records.

Scholarships & Finacial Aid

Did you know that homeschooled students are eligible to compete for any of our scholarships & financial aid? Assuming the minimum requirements for consideration are met, you could be on your way to receiving financial support for your college journey.

Credit Transfer

If you're a homeschooled student who attended another institution before attending Frontier Community College, Lincoln Trail College, Olney Central College, or Wabash Valley College, you should send a transcript for credit transfer.

Dual Enrollment

Homeschool students can take dual enrollment courses if they meet the college requirements. They will have to take the Accuplacer and apply as a high school dual credit student.
