Course Focuses on Sociological Aspects of Death and Dying
Olney Central College has added a new fall semester sociology course, SOC 2104 Death and Dying.
The class covers death and dying and how it is analyzed in the social, biological and physical sciences and humanities. Cultural diversity is emphasized as well as lecture and discussion on a wide range of literature.
The class will meet from 6 to 8:50 p.m. on Thursdays, beginning Aug. 21. The instructor will be Samantha Krumreich.
