FCC Offering SilverSneakers Fitness Classes at Bobcat Den

Frontier Community College (FCC) will be offering fitness classes through the Tivity Health SilverSneakers program for the Spring 2018 semester.  Classes are available in Fairfield at the Bobcat Den and in Noble at the West Richland Center.  The fitness classes are worth a .5 credit and will meet for four weeks.

Chair Yoga, instructed by Denise Hilliard, is a .5 credit, 4-week class that will be offered at FCC’s Bobcat Den (Room 108).  The class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. until 10:50 a.m.  Classes begin January 8 and willend January 31, and the second class will be offered February 5 through February 28. 

Cardio classes will be offered in both Fairfield and Noble, and both classes are instructed by Donna Frutiger.  The Fairfield Cardio class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:15 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. in Room 108 of the Bobcat Den.  Classes run January 9 through February 1, and the second class will begin February 6 and end March 1.  The Noble Cardio class is an 8-week class and meets on Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  Classes will be offered January 12 through March 2.
