Athletic Disclosures Data

(CONSUMER INFORMATION DISCLOSURE)


The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act is a federal law requiring all colleges and universities to publicly report data comparing the funding and opportunities available to male and female athletes and coaches. Data is submitted annually (by October 15) to the Department of Education and may be viewed on their website.
