WVC Offering Night Classes in Manufacturing
Wabash Valley College is pleased to announce a collaborative project with the Mt. Carmel Area Economic Alliance to improve employability and manufacturing skills of local residents. Night classes will run Thursday nights from 6pm – 8:50pm at the Advanced Technology Center at 214 W Third St., Mt Carmel, IL. Students will learn techniques and skills in various advanced manufacturing topics to improve their employability, productivity and ability to advance in their current positions.
WVC Approved for Physical Therapy Assistant Degree
With great excitement, the faculty and staff at Wabash Valley College (WVC) proudly introduce a new program of study at the Mt. Carmel, IL campus. The Illinois Community College Board and the Illinois Board of Higher Education have approved the development of a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Associate of Applied Science degree at WVC.
Dogs of Society: The Ultimate Elton John Rock Tribute Coming to WVC
Wabash Valley College and the Wabash Valley Arts Council will be wrapping up their 2018-2019 Performing Arts Series with DOGS OF SOCIETY: THE ULTIMATE ELTON JOHN TRIBUTE, an ALL-LIVE rock concert experience, in a 7:30 p.m. performance on Saturday, April 20, in the Brubeck Arts Center.
