Wabash Valley College— Bauer Media Center
The entrance to Wabash Valley College's Bauer Media Center is located next to the Brubeck Arts Center gallery.
The Bauer Media Center offers students, community members, and WVC faculty and staff a wide variety of services. The most commonly used service is access to library resources.
Library Cards:
Community members who live within the Illinois Eastern Community College system are eligible to receive a free community borrower card which allows access to WVC resources. The card allows community users access to the library's open computer lab after checking in with circulation staff. We reserve the right to remove any user who does not comply with IECC computer use guidelines or when computers are needed by students for academic pursuits. A driver's license or photo ID and proof of in-district residency are required. Replacement cost for community borrower cards is $5.00.
Interlibrary Loans:
WVC is a member of the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois (CARLI). Students, faculty and staff may borrow books from other libraries by placing holds on them via the online catalog.
