WELCOME, DUAL CREDIT STUDENTS!

IECC schools host a variety of dual credit courses. Use the resources below to learn more about being a dual credit student.

 


 

MyIECC and Entrata Portal:  What is it and how do I login?   

NOTE: If you have completed an online application and received an account creation email from that process, then you DO NOT need to create your account as described below in "First Time Users".

My IECC and Entrata are the information and services portal at IECC.  You can access both at the MyIECC link at the top of every webpage or by clicking here.  These two systems allow you single sign on access to a wide range of services.  The MyIECC area provides you direct links to your @iecc.edu Email, Office365, Canvas LMS and Entrata.

Email: IECC email address is the same as your login.  All official communications from IECC to you will be completed through this email account.  You can access your email through standar mail clients, apps and web.

Office365:  This provides you with all the Mircosoft standard applications like word, excel, and powerpoint for free, you can also downloald and install these applications on your devices.  OneDrive provides online storage that you can access from anywhere and utilize in Canvas.

Canvas:  Online course system where faculty offer courses from online to supplementing traditional face to face courses.  Canvas has a wide range of learning tools and resources.

Entrata Portal:  Here you can access course information, schedule, library services, bookstore links, online courses, grades, transcripts, register for courses, pay tuition or set up a payment plan.

First Time Users (These directions are only valid if you have a StudentID and PIN to login)

  1. Click on the MyIECC link at the top of this webpage or here.
  2. Click on “NewUser/First Time MyIECC” link in the blue bar.
  3. Enter your StudentID and PIN and sign in, follow the directions.

Returning Users

  1. Click on the MyIECC link here or in the mobile menu.
  2. Click on the MyIECC LOGIN and use the userid and password generated and set during your first time user setup.


Grades and Transcripts – At the end of a semester, access grades through the Student Services section of Entrata.  An unofficial transcript can also be accessed from this area.  Click here for official transcripts.
