Workforce Education
This program provides industrial training for firms both inside and outside the college district in such subject areas as blueprint reading, hydraulics, electricity, continuous quality improvement, health and safety, hazardous material handling, supervisory management skills, welding, computer skills, QS9000 standards, and all types of OSHA training. Many of the courses are provided at the industrial site and are customized to meet specific business needs. Approximately 15,000 employees were trained in FY03 through the District's
