Make sure your account status is active by logging into your account!

You must be a student or employee with an Entrata account to sign up for the alert system.

Manage Your Account

Log on to Entrata (need your Entrata login information, contact the Helpdesk) Click on "Emergency Alerts" on the left side navigation. On the alerts page click on the "Sign-Up" link. Make sure to follow the directions and reply to the alerts activation verification text and/or email.

Log on to Entrata (need your Entrata login information, contact the Helpdesk) Click on "Emergency Alerts" on the left side navigation. On the alerts page click on the "Manage Your Alerts" link. Login to the Alerts System (If you forget your password use the password reset button on the alerts login page.) Click on the "Services" tab in the orange bar. Verify that the "STATUS" of all your accounts is ACTIVE. If one or more accounts are INACTIVE please call the Helpdesk.
