What certifications and degrees are available?

The IECC district has career and technical certificates and degrees available as well as transfer degrees.  Information concerning degree offerings may be found in a printed version of the catalog or can be viewed online at the following website:

Career and technical certificates and degrees are occupational in nature and as a general rule are not transferable.  Some career and technical education degrees may transfer, however students should work closely with faculty and/or advisors to ensure a smooth transition

Degrees that will prepare students for transfer to a four-year institution are also offered.  General education courses are required for all degrees and depending on the students major, additional coursework will be required in the major field.  As with any degree, students should work closely with their advisor to be certain that degree requirements are met.  In many cases, the student has identified the four-year institution and the advisor can coordinate a seamless transfer.
