Portfolio

What is a portfolio?
A collection of your work over a period of time; be sure to include items that display your knowledge and experience similar to the skills required for the position you're applying for.

The world of work is changing.  Employers want to recruit people who have experience, who can be flexible, learn quickly and cope with change.  One way to keep a record of your work experience is by creating a portfolio of your experiences and skills.  Employers are looking for that something extra which makes an applicant stand out.

A portfolio is one way to demonstrate that and provide evidence.
