WVC Red Cafe
Abbi Cook, manager of WVC’s Red Café, welcomes one and all to dine in the campus cafe. She prides herself on offering a diverse menu to a diverse crowd. On any given day, expect to see preschoolers from Small World, ball players of all sorts, ladies lunching and church groups meeting alongside staff, faculty and students. The menu is just as varied with each day offering a new “special” featuring comfort food classics, international cuisine, soups, salads, sandwiches and sweets.
Abbi comes to us with a varied background, as well. With experience in home-based catering and lunch delivery, food service management and as a sales representative for a major food distributor, she has 27 years in the hospitality industry.
