Toyota Donates Paint Suits to OCC Collision Repair Program

Paint Suit PhotoToyota Motor Manufacturing in Princeton, Ind., has donated six boxes of paint suits, in various sizes, to Olney Central College’s Collision Repair Technology Program.

Students will utilize the suits while spraying parts and vehicles in the Collision Repair Technology Center’s downdraft paint booth.

“The donation couldn’t have come at a better time given the lack of funding we have received from the state,” said OCC President Rodney Ranes. “They will serve the program well for several years and allow us to buy additional equipment and supplies to be used in the lab.”

Toyota has made several generous donations to OCC including two Highlanders, six engines and 10 transmissions for the Automotive Service Technology Program.

“I would like to thank Barry Roberts and the Toyota Plant in Princeton for their continued support of our programs,” Ranes added.
