- Faculty/Staff cards are free for faculty and staff of Olney Central College.

- Community borrowers who live with in the Illinois Eastern Community College System are eligible to receive a community borrower card. A driver's license or photo ID and proof of in-district residency are needed. Replacement card cost is $1.00.
