Company Name Searches
Use Google (http://www.google.com), Yahoo! (http://www.yahoo.com), or Vivisimo (http://www.vivisimo.com) to search a company name, such as Coca Cola. You will find their company web site and details about the company. Remember that there may be a built in bias factor at these company-prepared web sites. You can find company ticker abbreviations at these sites, making it easier to search for information about them at Lexis-Nexis mentioned above under Company Information on the Internet.
