IECC Services to International Students

Arrival

International students must arrive at IECC one to two weeks before classes begin so they can attend the required orientations. The college must know the date and time of your planned arrival. An International Student Program Staff (ISPS) representative rom IECC will meet you at the Evansville, Indiana airport. This representative can help you find temporary housing accomodations, if necessary.

Orientation

A special orientation program is provided for international students. This mandatory orientation familiarizes you with the campus, introduces you to faculty and staff members, and helps you become accustomed to living in the United States. It also provides practical information about shopping, transportation, banking, social customs, and other matters that will help you feel more comfortable in your new surroundings.
