- Students may receive a free library card after completing an application form. A driver's license or photo ID are required. Replacement card cost is $3.00.

- Faculty/Staff
cards are free for faculty and staff of Frontier
Community College.

- Community borrowers who live within the Illinois Eastern Community College System are eligible to receive a community borrower card. A driver's license or photo ID and proof of in-district residency are needed. Replacement card cost is $3.00.
