1. Complete the Student Information Form
New students or re-entering students (those who have not been enrolledfor a year) should complete a Student Information Form or apply onlineat www.iecc.edu and submit it to the Student Services Office. Admissionpackets may be picked up at the Student Services Office or may be requestedby calling the college of your choice.

2. Request Transcripts/GED Scores
New students should have an official copy of their high school transcript orGED scores sent to the Records Office. Official transcripts from any othercollege(s) attended must also be sent.

3. Apply for Financial Aid
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) should be submittedto the federal government as soon as possible after January 1 in order to beginthe process for establishing need for financial aid. After filing the FAFSA, thestudent will receive a Student Aid Report (SAR). May 1 is the priority date forcompletion of a financial aid application for the next academic year. Studentsmay apply electronically at www.fafsa.gov or by U.S. mail. Students applyingfor scholarships or veteran's benefits should speak with a financial aidrepresentative in the Financial Aid Office.

4. Placement Testing
New students should register for testing by calling the college of their choice.There is no charge for the first test. A schedule of testing dates and times may befound in the current schedule of classes or on the advisement tab at www.iecc.edu.Testing is required of all new students and must be completed prior to registeringfor classes. Part-time students must test prior to enrolling in English or math.Contact your college for guidelines concerning placement tests.

5. Register for Classes
New students should contact the college for an advisement and registrationappointment. Dates and times for registration are published in the currentschedule of classes and on our website at www.iecc.edu.

6. Pay Tuition and Fees
The fee statement received by students with their schedule at the time ofregistration is their bill. Tuition and fees may be paid in person at the BusinessOffice, mailed, or online using Entrata. VISA and MasterCard are accepted.Tuition and fees are determined annually. Visit www.iecc.edu for currenttuition rates.
